We at Cherry Blossoms, Inc understand your privacy is important to you. We've developed this privacy policy to ensure that your privacy is protected while using Cherry Blossoms

1. Under Eighteen Years Of Age Are Not Eligible To Use Our Services.
If you are not yet eighteen years of age, please do not submit information to us.

2. About Cherry Blossoms, Inc., Blossoms.com and Information We Collect
Cherry Blossoms, Inc. and Blossoms.com is an international service to help you build relationships online. A Cherry Blossoms, Inc. & Blossoms.com membership is FREE to all qualified members.

In our online registration form, we ask you to provide us with certain information such as, but not limited to, your birth date and address. Additionally, we collect credit card details only from those who wish to acquire Full Service membership privileges.

At your own discretion, you may choose to post additional facts about yourself on your profile. While some members freely elect to include their names and photos in their profile, the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. and Blossoms.com Terms of Service forbids posting personal contact information for any reason. Additionally, Cherry Blossoms, Inc. & Blossoms.com reserves the right to use all uploaded photos for web-based and print advertising purposes.

In addition to standard business contact information, American individuals and companies signing up for Cherry Blossoms, Inc. and Blossoms.com Affiliate Program must provide URL information for their website(s) and a social security or Tax I.D. number. None of this information can be accessed or used by individuals not under the direct employ of Cherry Blossoms, Inc. and Blossoms.com Inc.

In the course of using our site, we automatically track certain information such as your IP addresses and email addresses. Many sites collect this sort of information. We may tie your IP address to your personally identifiable information. If you choose to use our instant messenger or chat room on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of the website, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these areas. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of members who use these services in a manner inconsistent with our Terms of Use.

If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the site, we may collect such information into a file which is only accessed by authorized personnel. We may also collect other users' comments about you in our complaints department.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies. A session ID cookie simply terminates once a user closes the browser. 4. Our Disclosure of Your Information
We DO NOT sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party without your permission. We do disclose information in aggregate to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these situations, we DO NOT disclose to these entities any information that could be used to personally identify you. Certain information, such as your password, credit card number, and bank account number, are not disclosed in aggregate at all.

In order to maintain a healthy community, Cherry Blossoms, Inc. and Blossoms.com cooperates with all law enforcement inquiries and with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site. We use a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.


5. Your use of Other Users' Information
You may not use other user¡¯s information for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, or to make unlawful threats. Cherry Blossoms, Inc. and Blossoms.com reserve the right to terminate those who misuse other user¡¯s information or who otherwise violate the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. and Blossoms.com Terms of Use.

6. Control of Your Password
You may not disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If, despite the foregoing, you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.

7. Reviewing and Changing Your Personally Identifiable Information
Once you register, you will be able to review and change much of your personally identifiable information at Cherry Blossoms, Inc. and Blossoms.com including:
Your email address
Your city, state, zip code, country
Your password
Your profile
Please promptly update your information if it changes by logging in to your account and following the screen prompts. We strongly urge you to periodically change your password to help reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your account information.

We will retain in our files information, including credit card information to such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, comply with Credit Card Merchant Banking and Association Agreements, enhance security, reduce fraud, comply with Federal and State Law, and to enforce our Terms of Use Agreement.

Terms of Use Agreement for Cherry Blossoms, Inc.

Eligibility.
1. I understand I must be 18 or over to register as a member of or use the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. website. Membership in the service is void where prohibited. By using and/or viewing this site, I represent and warrant that I have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions; I am at least 18-years old, and I am not prohibited by law from using the Site.

Member's Responsibilities.
2. I agree to adhere to the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. rules of common decency and to conduct myself at all times as a polite person.

3. Furthermore, I will not use any defamatory, abusive, obscene, profane, or otherwise offensive material on the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. website or in communications with other Cherry Blossoms, Inc.'s members. I will not post, send or use any abusive, defamatory, obscene, profane, or otherwise offensive material on the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. website or in communications with other Cherry Blossoms, Inc.'s members, or Cherry Blossoms, Inc. staff.

4. I will notify Cherry Blossoms, Inc. promptly of any member's violation of this Code of Ethics. I will notify Cherry Blossoms, Inc. of anyone who violates this Code of Ethics.

Cherry Blossoms, Inc. Content Review.
5. I agree and understand that Cherry Blossoms, Inc. may, but is not required to, review, edit and delete any content, email, messages, photos or profiles that, in Cherry Blossoms, Inc. sole judgment, violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or that might violate the rights of other members. I also agree that I will not share my or any email address, instant message address, phone number or other means of address with Cherry Blossoms, Inc.'s members in my (a) first contact message or (b) share my personal contact information anywhere on my Cherry Blossoms profile, including my ad text, the name of my city, state, country or in my chosen chat handle. Cherry Blossoms, Inc. has the right to remove any contact information from my profile or email message and can terminate or suspend my account for violations of this agreement.

Non-Commercial Use by Members
6. The Cherry Blossoms, Inc. website, Blossoms.com, is for the personal use of individual members and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become members of Cherry Blossoms, Inc. and shall not use the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. website for any purpose including, but not limited to: sending unsolicited commercial e-mail to members, sending advertisements for other web sites and/or services in this site's chat rooms, or using member personal identifying information for commercial purposes. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the site or the sending of unsolicited commercial email will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress and/or termination of membership at the sole discretion of Cherry Blossoms, Inc. In order to prevent the sending of unsolicited commercial email or chat messages to its members, Cherry Blossoms, Inc. may take reasonable steps, including termination of your account without refund.

Limitation on Liability.
7. I understand that Cherry Blossoms, Inc. will not be liable to me or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits arising from my use of the web site or the services. notwithstanding anything to the contrary, I understand Cherry Blossoms, Inc.'s liability to me for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount I paid Cherry Blossoms, Inc. for the services.

Disclaimers.
8. I understand Cherry Blossoms, Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information posted on the Web Site or in connection with the Services. The Web Site and the Services are provided "AS-IS" and Cherry Blossoms, Inc. expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Cherry Blossoms, Inc. cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Web site and/or the Services.

Lack of Responsibility.
9. I acknowledge that Cherry Blossoms, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any error or delay in transmission, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to my communications. Cherry Blossoms, Inc. is not responsible for any problems with any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, software, failure of email on account of technical problems on the Internet, including injury or damage to my computer resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Services.

Loss.
10. I agree that Cherry Blossoms, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the web site or the services, any information posted on the web site or transmitted to members, or any interactions between users of the web site, whether online or offline.

Disputes.
11. I agree that if there is any dispute about or involving the web site and/or the service, by using the web site, the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If I am not a resident of the State of Hawaii, I agree to personal jurisdiction by and exclusive venue in the State of Hawaii and the U.S. district court for Hawaii.

Indemnity.
12. I agree to indemnify and hold Cherry Blossoms, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, managers, agents, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable Attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of my use of the services in violation of this agreement and/or any breach of my representations in this agreement.

Account Billing.
13. I may terminate my account's monthly or quarterly billing by logging onto my account, going to Edit Profile and setting my rebilling status to "Off".

Fees.
14. In the event I terminate my account for my own reason, or Cherry Blossoms, Inc. terminates my account for violating their code of ethics defined above. I agree that all fees that paid to Cherry Blossoms, Inc. are non-refundable.

Agreement.
15. I have read this agreement and agree to all of the provisions contained above. I agree to the charges for the services, and my agreement is acknowledged by checking the box that says, "I have read and agree to the terms of use for Cherry Blossoms, Inc."
