I work for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. I give training in team building, emotional intelligence, personality types, conflict resolution, cultural diversity, communication, supervision and management, mediation, creativity, and happiness. I have mediated more than 60 EEO cases.

My dress style is business casual, neat and stylish.

I enjoy collecting and trading airline and hotel miles, points, and uprades. I hold elite status with United Airlines and nine hotel chains (Hyatt, Starwood, Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Accor, Best Western, Club Carlson, and Onyx).
