One of the nicest compliments that I ever received from a woman was that she felt that I was the most real (i.e. authentic) guy that she had ever met.

After I meet someone via the Internet, we exchange a few e-mail and decide that there's mutual interest, I like to have a conversation. If things go well there, then we can discuss meeting in person.

I have a variety of interests including the following:
1. Music (e.g. blues, rock, some jazz, some classical, zydeco).
2. Sports (e.g. swimming, tennis occasionally).
3. The ocean (e.g. snorkeling, scuba diving, body surfing).
4. Creative, hands-on activities like writing, cooking, video or website production.
5. Investing.
6. Home improvement.
7. Pets (e.g. cats, dogs).

Organized religion does not play a role in my life so I'm not the man for you if you need someone to accompany you to church. If God exists, then I see His work in the beauty of nature, and I seek to preserve it and its creatures.

As for kids, I prefer it if you do NOT have children. I have dated single mothers before and it's been difficult.

Also, it will help greatly if you are FLUENT IN ENGLISH or, at the very least, can have a basic conversation in English.
