So, it’s a new chapter in my life and I’m hoping to find my best friend, lover and hopefully, the one to spend the rest of my life with. 6 years ago, I thought I had finally found that person here on CB, we were married for 4 years and then unfortunately, I found out that she was not the person she made herself out to be… Needless to say, I was heartbroken… but I’ve had time to heal, and that chapter of my life is behind me. We all deserve to love and be loved, and I wanted to give it one more try before I adopt 12 cats and become the old man in the shoe :)
I would like to meet someone that is honest, caring and has a good sense of humor. Someone who understands that communication, honesty, and trust are part of the foundation for a relationship and that it takes work and effort from both to succeed. Someone who believes that it's the little things in a relationship that are important. I'm looking for a woman who has values, morals, is faithful and considers themselves a good and honest person. I try to be as honest as possible in life and I have never been unfaithful to anyone I dated and I’m looking for the same. I am looking for someone with a college degree and that has goals they are working towards.
I'm not rich like a lot here. I’ve had a difficult life like a lot of people and grew up poor, but I’m hardworking and have worked hard all my life to be able to provide a good life for my family. I own a nice house with a pool near the beach, have a car, truck, boat and have a good job at one of the universities here. But without someone to share them with, they are just things.. Life is supposed to be about spending your time with someone you love and someone who loves you. And that’s what I’m missing and looking for.
