09/19/24 - Chinese ships continue to attack Filipino ships and crews in the South China Sea near Sabina Schoal. 14 Chinese ships surrounded Philippines Coast Guard ship Cape Engano and rammed it while an American film crew was onboard to record it.
Philippines has given up Sabina Schoal due to China's persistent attacks on Filipino ships and crew. A Filipino sailor had his thumb cut off by Chinese sailors who were trying to sink small Filipino inflatables by slashing them with knives and swords.
